This brief summary includes the Job Seekers first name and first initial of the last name. However, if the Job Seeker has chosen to have their candidate profile “confidential” the employer will not see the first name and first initial of last name, but will instead see the word “confidential.” The employer will not be able to view the resume. If the employer is interested in contacting the Job Seeker, the employer will submit a request to CareersInTax.com and we will contact the Job Seeker via email, to convey the employer’s interest. At that point, the Job Seeker will make the decision as to whether or not to respond to the employer.
